RMBC - ZC - Office Refurbishment, Demolition and other works at Chertsey Depot

Description

The Council wishes to appoint one main contractor to undertake the design and subsequent refurbishment of the former St Johns Ambulance single story office building, installation of temporary portacabins for welfare and office space, demolition of the existing single storey office and administration building and external enhancements to Runnymede Borough Council’s Depot located at Ford Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8HG. The appointed contractor is expected to progress the designs included in the performance specifications through the remaining RIBA Stages.
