Implementation Support for a Property Asset Management System

Description

West Midlands Combined Authority have been through a lengthy process of sourcing and procuring a new CAFM software system to support the management of their property estate. The implementation of the new software product is a priority to support the new Corporate Landlord operating model as well as ensuring that the corporate estate is compliant, and landlord/tenant details are accurately captured. This contract is to appoint a supplier to support and oversee the implementation of the system.
