Provision of Pest Control Services

Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon will be running an open tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the Provision of Pest Control Services. The Council is seeking a Contractor to provide a fully managed pest control service to the residents of Hillingdon, from initial investigations, treatment (a one-off treatment or several) through to the control and eradication of pest borne contamination. There will be an obligation under TUPE regulations, with 5 permanent members of staff currently employed on the contract. Please see the Specification document for full details of the service requirements. The proposed contract will be for a period of four (4) years with an option to extend for a further two (2) years, plus one (1) subject to the requirements of the service and the satisfactory performance of the contractor. Hillingdon Council does not provide any guarantees or assurances in respect of the annual value or volumes of work, if any, which will be procured under this proposed contract.
