A framework contract between the Authority and the Suppliers (Thor and QinetiQ) for the supply of Explosives Detection Dogs (EDD) Training Aids and associated services, including: - The manufacture of EDD Training Aids containing commercially available explosives classified at 1.1D hazard class or lower, prepared in accordance with strict contamination control procedures. - Delivery and Collection of EDD Training Aids - Disposal and Destruction of EDD Training Aids - Support, Testing, and Advisory Services
