Local Development Plan Green Belt Review

Description

Gedling Borough Council wishes to appoint an appropriately qualified consultant to undertake a Green Belt Review to support the preparation of the Gedling Local Development Plan (GLDP). The GLDP covers both strategic and non-strategic matters. The focus is for the selected consultancy to work in partnership with the Council and key partners to provide a robust Green Belt assessment which will be used to inform site selection for the publication draft GLDP which will be published in spring 2026.
