GMATL Vehicle Leasing Contract

Description

This contract is for the leasing of specially adapted mini-buses that GMATL will manage as part of the Ring and Ride service. The procurement exercise is being undertaken by TfGM on behalf of GMATL. Currently GMATL have a number of vehicles which are either owned by GMATL or that have been leased from a supplier. This new contract will enable GMATL to lease a number of additional vehicles, as well as potentially be used to replace any vehicles that are currently owned, that have reached a number of years of service. The procurement route used to source this contract was the YPO fleet framework. The contract duration will be a 1+1+1+1 term. This allows for the contract to be extended, where required for an additional 3 years, which would make the end of the contract period 30 April 2030. The contract itself will be signed up to by GMATL and not TfGM and will be managed throughout its duration by GMATL.
