Maintenance and Repair of Passenger Lifts, Stair lifts and Through Floor Lifts, Direct award, NEPO 408

Description

Kingston upon Hull City Council has appointed Pickering Europe Limited (Company Number: 03217853) to provide Maintenance and Repair of Stairlifts, Through Floor Lifts (TFL) and Passenger Lifts from 1st August 2025 via the NEPO framework 408 titled - Lifts, Escalator & Related Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Refurbishment under lot 1 - Maintenance, Repair and Refurbishment of Lifts and Related Equipment. The Maintenance and Repair Services of Passenger Lifts are to commence 1st August 2025, end date 31st December 2025. The Services related to Stairlifts and TFLs are to commence 1st August 2025, end date 31 July 2027 with an option to extend the contract for a period or periods of up to a maximum of 24 months. Such extension will be at the discretion of the Authority and subject to satisfactory performance.
