18. Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint one contractor to provide a range of refurbishment works to empty properties between lettings in North East Derbyshire. It is expected that the successful contractor will deliver the services to all properties to the RHL Lettable Standard and associated specifications.
