BLC0262 - Vehicle Livery (Preliminary Market Engagement)

Description

BlueLight Commercial are seeking to develop a National Framework for the provision of vehicle livery goods and services, on behalf of UK Policing. It is anticipated that this arrangement will cover the provision of the Design, Supply, Application and Removal of Vehicle Livery. BlueLight Commercial envisage that this arrangement will be a multi-supplier Framework (appointing up to three providers); with award procedures available for both Further/Mini Competition, and for Award Without Re-opening Competition/Direct Award. BlueLight Commercial are seeking feedback from industry with regards to a potential upcoming procurement exercise for this requirement.
