Supply of Occupational Health Services for Students

The University of Derby is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver Occupational Health Services for Students, as part of the onboarding process for Health, Social Care and Education programmes at the University of Derby. Provision is required across the academic year (August to July) The commencement date of the Contract is 1 April 2026 for three years in duration, with the option to extend for a further one year. Full details will be included in the Invitation to Tender. The conditions for participation are that "Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006" as amended by the "Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment) (Amendment) Regulation 2014" (TUPE) will apply to this contract. Suppliers are advised to obtain their own legal advice and carry out due diligence.
