The London Borough of Barnet (the “Council”) is seeking to engage with the market in preparation for the procurement of home and community support services in Barnet. This notice is issued in accordance with sections 16 and 17 of the Procurement Act 2023 to seek market input before the commencement of a formal procurement process.
