Provision of a Design and Build JCT 2024 contractor for the development of Nye Bevan Estate garages

Description

The London Borough of Hackney is procuring a Design and Build JCT 2024 contractor for the development of Nye Bevan Estate garages. The site is located south of Millfields Road in King’s Park Ward and in close proximity to Millfields Recreation Ground. The deliverables will be: 9 x 3 storey town houses which can achieve passivhaus certification; improvement to the landscaping surrounding the new homes, improvements to the refuse storage arrangements for the estate and an additional accessible parking bay and an additional road entrance to serve the tower directly from Millfields Rd.
