Street Homeless Support Service

Description

The provision of a Street Homeless Service to help and support those who are street homeless. The Service will work to relieve rough sleeping, providing relevant advice, support and guidance, improving pathways and access to suitable accommodation including emergency shelters activated during severe weather emergencies. The Service will include assertive outreach, drop-in/in-reach and the provision of a severe weather emergency shelter.
