Description

Sandwell Council is inviting GP Practices to submit expressions of interest for the delivery of the NHS Health Check program, set to commence in April 2025. The Council is also looking for practices to submit expressions of interest for the delivery of the NHS Health Check programme on behalf of other practices, who do not have the recourses/ capacity to delivery the programme at their own practice. This Particular procurement falls under the Provider Selection Regime 2023 (Direct Award Process B).
