BT1809 Climate Change Study

Description

1.1. Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for a consultant to produce a Climate Change Study to provide evidence to support the development and future growth of the town and help the council achieve its net zero ambitions in line with the NPPF. The Climate Change Study will provide an assessment of current and future carbon emissions, a review of energy provisions including renewable energy and decentralised systems opportunities, climate change mitigation and adaption, and improving energy efficiency.
