Community Connexions Training

Description

This contract is to cover clinical staff to go on a 5-day cultural immersion program and understand more about themselves, receive some training and spend some time immersed in a community group followed by reflection and evaluation. This is a unique program, the development of it has been supported by BCHC, it will assist staff to engage with the Community Care Collaborative and wider community settings. Community Connexions and Flourish are community engagement partners, this training is tailored to the region.
