Bideford Public Art Wayfinding Project (Sea Change 2025-2026)

Description

Torridge District Council (the Council) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers in relation to entering into an agreement (the Contract) to provide a place-responsive public realm project for the historic town of Bideford in Devon. The project comprises the commissioning, project management and delivery of three elements: • a significant public realm project • a bespoke Wayfinding scheme • a town centre gateway installation This is in order to drive a place-making public realm project for the town of Bideford, supporting the 'Sea Change' concept which will set out the foundation for imaginative, future high quality design in the town's built environment.
