Summer Refurbishment Works Sandygate Halls of Residence, Sandygate, Burnley BB11 1EW

Tenders are invited from organisations that have the necessary resources, ability, experience and capacity to meet the Council's requirements for refurbishment works at Sandygate Halls of Residence, Burnley, as set out in these procurement documents. It is anticipated that the contract will start on the 12th of July 2025 with a works completion date of 29th August 2025. The refurbishment includes: • Decoration of bedrooms, corridors and communal areas • Replacement of existing light fittings and electric heaters throughout • Repairs to internal fire doors and general maintenance repairs • Cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and circulation areas on completion of works
