VIVID Housing is seeking to appoint two experienced roofing contractors to deliver its planned roofing programme across its housing stock portfolio. The contract will cover the delivery of planned roof replacement and refurbishment works to residential properties and associated assets across VIVID's geographical operating areas. The programme is expected to support the continued improvement of housing quality, resident satisfaction, and asset performance while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative, regulatory, and industry standards. The proposed contract will be established as a Qualifying Long-Term Agreement (QLTA).
