Risk Details A known risk exists that the contract scope may increase during the contract term as Nest continues to develop and mature its brand requirements, which are not yet fully defined. As additional brand standards and associated deliverables emerge, further services may be required. The contract has therefore been structured to allow for scope flexibility, with any changes managed through the agreed change control process to ensure appropriate governance and cost control.
