Description

The construction of four new Council houses by redevelopment of the existing garage site. Works shall comprise demolition of the existing garages, site preparation, and construction of 2 cottage style apartments and 2 terraced houses using ‘Etopia’ MMC panels. The Construction is characterised by the site constraints, MMC, quality of the design and energy efficiency of the construction and social value.
