Description

Traffic Management requirements for NGED & NGET are required for all geographical areas on a 24/7/365 basis, services applicable include plant, product and design to enable safe working for all road traffic scenarios. The successful Suppliers(s) must adhere to and fully comply with the following: - New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (updated) - Traffic Management Act 2004 (updated) - Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8 (updated) - Safety at Street Works and Road Works Code of Practice (COP) as amended - Permit schemes (especially conditions relating to traffic management) - Highway Authority and Utilities Committee (HAUC) Advice Notes as applicable
