Educational Psychology Assessment Delivery - Purchase of Locum EPs to complete assessments

Description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking suitably qualified Educational Psychologists to support the statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment process. Providers will be responsible for delivering person-centred, legally compliant psychological assessments and reports for eligible children and young people, in line with the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice. The service must align with local strategic priorities and guidance, which will be shared upon agreement to deliver the service. The scope of work includes completing educational psychology assessments, producing detailed reports, and providing psychological advice to inform EHC needs assessments.
