West Drayton Academy Roof Replacement Works

Description

The works are to include, strip the existing waterproofing system in all its parts, including insulation, back to the underlying Cross Laminated Timber deck. Inspect the existing deck for degradation and repair/ replace as necessary. Supply and install a new High-Performance Elastomeric TA-30 warm roof RBM system, incorporating a Parafoam Ultra Tapered Board Insulation scheme, achieving the maximum required U-value of 0.18 W/m²K. All works to include the temporary removal and reinstatement of all mechanical & electrical services.
