Supply and fit Plowright East Wing Emergency lighting batteries and removal and dispose of 80 defective batteries.

Replacement of all 80 emergency light batteries. Because when single batteries are replaced the new batteries do not bring the whole system up to the required duration but rather the old batteries drag down the single new batteries down to their life span thus delaying the inevitable failure of the new batteries so effectively a false economy in time/money and putting the building at risk.
