Specialist support in the development of its submission to the Department for Transport (DfT) Structures Fund for the Fleet Bridge (Rotherham Road, Swallownest) project. The commission will support the preparation of key elements of the business case, with a sole focus on the Strategic and Economic Cases, together with quantity surveying support to establish a construction cost estimate.
