Autoritatea contractanta, prin prezenta procedura, urmareste achizitionarea de Servicii de colectare, de transport, procesare si de eliminare a deseurilor spitalicesti pentru a contribui in mod esential la asigurarea corecta a delurarii activittii de gestionare a deseurilor la nivelul Spitalului Judeteanu de Urgenta Tulcea cu respectarea reglementarilor din punct de vedere al protectiei mediuluii, pentru a nu permite punerea in pericol a sanatatii si vietii pacientilor, prin expunerea la riscurile asociate lipsei acestor categorii de servicii.
