Supporting the EBU Ograf standard is mandatory. Support for the EBU Ograf standard must be fully implemented and functionally verified before the implementation project is completed. The vendor shall conduct a Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrating compliant and functional implementation of the standard. Yle is responsible for evaluating and approving the results of the POC.
