Blackpool Central Housing Regeneration

Description

The Council is considering the appointment of a Development Partner(s) for an initial Phase of a wider Housing Regeneration Project. Blackpool Council has been awarded Homes England Grant Funding and requires a Development Partner(s) to work in partnership with the Council to deliver a transformational, housing-led regeneration scheme and commit to the long-term stewardship of a new, high quality, well managed neighbourhood. The procurement will seek to identify a Development Partner(s) who will support the Council in developing and delivering the detailed scheme proposals in an expedient manner, aligned to critical timescale parameters aligned to grant funding and land assembly to ensure that all approvals are secured by the requisite deadlines.
