The aim of this soft market testing exercise is: To understand the different options available to reduce rent arrears, maximise officer time and increase rent recovery. In particular, the Council are looking to respondents to: - - Share learning on a range of delivery solutions to automate rent collection - Share learning on different procurement approaches - Share learning on rent arrears monitoring - Share learnings on caseload management of rent income The soft market testing exercise is intended to allow interested organisations with appropriate experience to outline their views and ideas about the future provision of rent income management. The Council will consider the responses received as a result of this exercise to help inform the options appraisal and the decision-making process. Potential bidders will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the soft market testing. Potential bidders must also note that a response to this soft market testing exercise does not guarantee an invitation to participate in this or any future procurement exercise that the Council may conduct. Participants are invited to respond to the questions within the Soft Market Testing Questionnaire; the advert for this can be found below: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=0712fce8-b1c8-f111-813c-005056b64545&p=527b4bbd-5c58-e511-80ef-000c29c9ba21 You can also find this by searching MBC-1728 on the EastMids Tenders website below: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/
