Upphandlingen omfattar byggarbeten inom Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Inom ramavtalet kommer att avropas byggarbeten avseende service, avhjälpande och planerat underhåll och ROT-projekt (Renovering-Ombyggnad-Tillbyggnad). Arbeten kommer i huvudsak att ske i/på byggnader med pågående verksamhet.
