Wiltshire Council is seeking to commission external consultancy support from firms who have experience developing Local Housing Needs Assessments (LHNA) and Economic Development Needs Assessments (EDNA). The selected consultancy(ies) will need to provide robust, proportionate and policy-compliant evidence base(s) to inform the preparation of the Local Plan and provide associated advice and support to officers during plan preparation through to adoption.
