Managing Agent Framework

Description

Clarion / Latimer requires Managing Agents who can work with Clarion and Latimer from the Development and Design stage through Build and Mobilisation to Operate and Manage Clarion properties and provide the required Managing Agent services. Clarion wishes to procure Service Providers to provide a managing agent service across multi tenure blocks and estates including affordable rent, private leasehold, shared ownership and market rent.
