The Authority may, at its sole discretion, extend the contract once to appoint the same supplier to deliver RIBA Stage 2 Concept Design services for William Aston Hall. The Authority is under no obligation to do so and the supplier has no entitlement to be appointed for Stage 2. Any extension depends on satisfactory performance of the Stage 1 services, the availability of funding and the Authority’s internal approvals, and will be instructed in writing. Stage 2 is not funded by the Arts Council of Wales grant that funds Stage 1. The duration of any extension will be agreed on instruction and is estimated at up to six months.

Submission method

Quotations must be submitted electronically through the Sell2Wales Tender Postbox attached to this notice, at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales, by 12:00 noon on Friday 30 October 2026. Submissions by email or post will not be accepted, and late submissions will not be considered. Suppliers must submit the completed RFQ document, including Parts 3, 4 and 5 and the signed Declaration, together with the completed Pricing Schedule and any supporting documents requested in the RFQ. Documents must be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, an equivalent open document format, or PDF. Do not exceed 10 megabytes per document or 30 megabytes in total. All clarification questions must be submitted through the Sell2Wales messaging facility by 12:00 noon on Tuesday 27 October 2026. Responses will be published to all suppliers by Wednesday 28 October 2026. Suppliers may submit a response in English or in Welsh, and a response in Welsh will be treated no less favourably.
