1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: "Utrzymanie dróg w okresie letnim i zimowym na terenie Miasta Ruda Śląska". Niniejsze zamówienie stanowi jedną całość i obejmuje: 1) Zimowe utrzymanie dróg I i II kolejności - zakres 1; 2) Zimowe utrzymanie dróg III i IV kolejności - zakres 2; 3) Oczyszczanie dróg - zakres 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki 2a-2c oraz 3a-3d do SWZ. 2. Oferta musi obejmować całość zamówienia. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych. Uzasadnienie braku podziału zamówienia na częsci zawiera Rozdział IV ust 3 SWZ.
