Eesmärk on tähtaegselt ja optimaalsete kuludega ehitada hanke alusdokumentides määratletud mahus Obinitsa jäätmepunkt (Võro tee 6, Obinitsa küla, Setomaa vald, Võru maakond) ja Obinitsa tööstusala taristu (Võro tee 6, Kesktänav 21, 25, 27, 29 ja 31, Obinitsa küla, Setomaa vald, Võru maakond). Töövõtja ülesanne on siduda jäätmepunkti ja tööstusala projektlahendused ühtseks ruumiliseks ja funktsionaalseks tervikuks, lähtudes juurdepääsude kavandamisel projekti „Ettevõtluse edendamine Kagu-Eestis“ raames koostatud tööstusala ehitusprojekti lahendusest.
