The solution must enable each school's individual identity to be clearly represented, while operating within a cohesive, trust wide digital framework that supports quality, statutory compliance and effective oversight.
The proposed design approach should be sufficiently flexible to reflect the differing needs, audiences and characteristics of the Trust's primary, secondary and all-through schools while maintaining a consistent user experience and brand alignment across the Trust.

- 5.3 The Contract may be extended beyond the Initial Term on a maximum of one (1) occasion by a further one (1) year ("Renewal Period") at the Authority's sole discretion, by the Authority giving the Contractor not less than 3 (three) months' notice prior to the expiry of the Initial Term.
