However, following changes to core funding arrangements from NHS England, TET faces a significant sustainability challenge and requires a review of its operating model to ensure its long-term financial viability and resilience.
In response, the Trust identified the need for an independent strategic options appraisal and commercial strategy review to assess the future sustainability of TET and provide recommendations for achieving greater financial independence.
