The Authority has awarded a contract to DM Habens for the services of Roofing and glazing services using the Hampshire County Council Minor Work Frame Work (2022-2026) Building Lot 2. MEAT Tender with 4 invited and 4 Returns to comply with contract standing orders. Roofing and Glazing works to include the provision of; Renewal of Lower Ground Floor Glazing to be replaced with a Insulated Tile roof with Velux Windows to North / North West Elevations of the building. Renewal of First Floor Glazing , replaced with Modern Alternative glazing to North / North West Elevation of building Remaining Flat Roof Renewal of 380m2 to be replaced with 3 Layered Mineral Felt incorporating tapered insulation.
