Tees Valley Combined Authority (the 'Contracting Authority'), part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group are seeking to procure a provider to undertake the posting of local bus service information (at-stop timetables).
An open procurement process was undertaken. Following the receipt of no compliant bids, the Contracting Authority proceeded to make a direct award in accordance with Section 43 of the Procurement Act 2023.
