Wärmeversorgung durch 2 reversible Außenluftwärmepumpen in Kaskadenschaltung (Heizen je 31 kW) Außenaufstellung auf dem Dach EG, Elektroheizpatronen für den Havariefall. Im Sommer kann bei Bedarf auf Kühlbetrieb umgestellt werden um im großen Saal im Stadtteiltreff zu kühlen. Heizzentrale mit Pufferspeicher Heizen (2500l) und Pufferspeicher Kühlen (500l). Vier Mischgruppen: Fußbodenheizung KiTa (nur heizen), Fußbodenheizung Stadtteiltreff (nur heizen), Raumlufttechnische Anlage (nur heizen), Heiz-Kühl-Decke Stadtteiltreff großer Saal (heizen/kühlen). Fläche Fußbodenheizung ca. 1300 m², Küche und Technikräume werden mit Heizkörpern versorgt, Heiz/Kühldecke Stadtteiltreff: ca. 75 m² Rohrmaterial: Edelstahlrohr ohne DVGW Zulassung, Rohrleitung Edelstahl Heizung gesamt ca. 600 m, Dämmung nach GEG.
