Autoritatea Contractantă își propune achiziționarea execuției lucrărilor de construcții pentru realizarea obiectivului de „EXTINDERE, MODERNIZARE și DOTARE AMBULATORIU LA SPITALUL CLINIC DE PNEUMOFTIZIOLOGIE ,,LEON DANIELLO" CLUJ-NAPOCA”, în conformitate cu documentația tehnică de execuție anexata prezentului caiet de sarcini. Valoarea estimată pentru execuția lucrărilor de „EXTINDERE, MODERNIZARE și DOTARE AMBULATORIU LA SPITALUL CLINIC DE PNEUMOFTIZIOLOGIE ,,LEON DANIELLO" CLUJ-NAPOCA”, este de 13.727.778,00 lei fără TVA; Valoarea aferentă cheltuielilor diverse și neprevăzute NU este inclusă în valoarea estimată a contractului. Durata de Execuţie 24 luni de la data de începere, în care se va include si perioada de timp friguros. Durata minimă a perioadei de garanție este de 60 luni.
