Major Adaptation Works

Description

This is a one-off contract award relating to a single Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) adaptation project. The contractor has already been appointed to the Care and Repair Framework for minor adaptations and has been approved through the Council's procurement and due diligence processes. Subject to approval of this exemption, works will commence at the earliest opportunity to minimise further delays to the project and support the service user's needs.
