NSDC-1681 Wellow Green Refurbishment

Description

The project is to carry out the refurbishment of 10 No bungalows in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. The properties make up part of Newark and Sherwood District Council Homeless Provision. The works will include insulation, new kitchens, new bathrooms, upgrading the heating provision, new hot water cylinders, Solar PV to each property including battery backup.
