Campus Works Programme (CWP)

Description

The University intends to appoint a single contractor under a framework arrangement to deliver minor works and maintenance projects across the university estate. The appointed partner will be responsible for projects up to £5 million (including contingency, excluding VAT), with flexibility to deliver selected projects between £1 million and £5 million where required.
