Support for local authority performance management – panels, action learning sets and case studies

Description

As part of the performance management workstream we are looking to run a series of virtual performance management panels for small groups of officers, as well as action learning sets (or similar) to bring together performance management officers to discuss the challenges they face and share learning. In addition to this, we are looking to produce two case studies from attendees of these sessions.
