Local Government Re-organisation - Microsoft Implementation Partner

Description

Contract for a Microsoft LGR partner to adapt the Microsoft landscape and migrate data from Surrey County Council and Districts and Boroughs in preparation for the new East and West unitary authorities. A discovery phase of consultancy will establish the optimal technical and financial solution to progress (4 options currently within scope) and then implementation of the technical changes and licence purchases. Key functionality will be established by February 2027 to ensure readiness for Vesting Day (1st April 2027). The initial period is for 7 weeks with an extension period to cover the Implementation stage, subject acceptance of the quotation, social value and technical response.
