Provision of a care cost tool for placements

Description

'Care cubed' is a secure online tool developed by IESE, which with negotiation of placement costs for residential care and supported living. It is used by the Council's adult social care brokerage team during provider negotiations by giving a clear breakdown of fees based on each person's assessed needs as well as the adult social care contracts team during the annual inflationary uplift negotiations with providers.
