Topographical Survey Equipment

Description

At the outset of design for Highway improvement schemes it is often necessary to obtain detailed measurements of site features in 3 dimensions - including the existing Highway layout, locations of utility service covers and street furniture, levels and drainage assets, etc. We use the topographical survey equipment to collect this data at millimetre accuracy and geo-located. This data then fees into AutoCAD to support the design of new infrastructure - with confidence that the new infrastructure will fit into the existing Highway context and work safely in terms of layout, functionality and drainage.
