Tender for Graduation Service Venue Hire

Description

The graduation ceremonies involved for this tender are from July 2028 to January 2033. Graduation ceremonies are held twice a year: January and July. There are 9 ceremonies in January over 3 days and 15 ceremonies in July over 5 days. Each ceremony has up to 620 students graduating with 2 guests per student. The venue selected must be within a 7.5-mile radius from the city centre campus - B4 7BD. The tender includes venue hire and services and catering for BCU staff, graduates and guests.
